JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to follow up and create efficient and effective systems. An understanding of retail leases will be highly regarded.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Borneo City Mall Sampit, Kalimantan Tengah
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek exhibition to occupy exhibition area base on established target by mall
- Ensure that revenue and occupancy rate targets established are meet
- Sourcing new casual tenants
- Coordinate promotional and event bookings in the Mall within the prescribed conditions and ensure events and bookings are of the highest quality.
- Source and implement worthwhile events in conjunction with the Marketing and Event Coordinators, and proactively seek bookings to complement upcoming promotions.
- Receive and process enquiries for Mall bookings.
- Monitoring the process of casual leasing
- Provide data, report, and analysis to support the strategic planning of casual leasing dept.
